However, a device used without this motorization can, very exceptionally, cause a very progressive unscrewing.

There comes a time when the fixing comes out of its axis and the mechanism jams.

As a result, all the shutter cocking and film advance gears become desynchronized.

It is then necessary to do a serious disassembly to recalibrate everything correctly.

This beautiful M6, once unlocked and resynchronized, the fixing was screwed back in with a little thread lock, which ensures reliable blocking and resistance to vibrations.
